Returns & Refunds Policy

At ShopHorseEquipment.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return – Log in to your account at ShopHorseEquipment.com and go to “My Orders” to initiate a return. If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  2. Pack Your Return – Securely package the item(s) in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  3. Ship Your Return – Send the package to the address provided in your return confirmation. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Riding helmets
  • Grooming kits
  • Any personalized or made-to-order products

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
